These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of divinelifesolutions.com (the “Site”) and your relationship with Divine Life Solutions (“we,” “us,” “our”). The Site presents yoga, meditation, and life-solution education, a journal, a client-side shop cart, and forms for contact, subscription, and class interest. By browsing, submitting a form, adding items to a cart, or requesting a class package, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please leave the Site and do not submit information.
Last updated: 7 September 2026. We may revise these Terms as our programs grow. The date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes to how we handle personal information are also described in the Privacy Policy.
Divine Life Solutions is a yoga and life-guidance practice. We offer educational classes, meditation instruction, restorative methods, written journal content, and mentoring conversations. We also present physical and ritual tools through a shop catalog. We do not operate a public walk-in studio on this Site, and we do not publish a telephone number or street address. Communication happens by email at hello@divinelifesolutions.com and through the forms provided.
Yoga and meditation are powerful, ordinary skills. They are not a religion you must join, a medical system, or a guarantee of happiness. Teachers share methods. You remain responsible for how you apply them in your body and your life. “Life solutions” means practical support for stress, rest, attention, and daily ritual. It does not mean we solve legal, financial, psychiatric, or medical problems.
The Site is intended for adults who can form a binding agreement. If a young person practices yoga with our materials, a parent or guardian should supervise and should be the person who submits forms or shop requests. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this Site.
This version of the Site does not require a password account. Cart contents are stored in your browser (local storage) on the device you are using. Clearing your browser data clears the cart. We do not restore abandoned carts from a server because checkout is a client-side request, not a remote order-management system.
All asana, pranayama, meditation, and restorative instructions on the Site, in classes, in emails, and in mentoring are for general education. They are not diagnosis, treatment, or physiotherapy. Bodies differ. Injuries, pregnancy, surgery, dizziness, cardiovascular conditions, and mental-health conditions require your own professional advisors. You agree to:
You assume the inherent risks of physical activity, including muscle soreness, strain, and the ordinary discomfort of learning. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Divine Life Solutions and its teachers are not liable for injuries that arise from practicing beyond instruction, ignoring modifications, practicing in unsafe environments, or using props incorrectly.
Meditation can surface difficult emotion. Our guidance is pastoral and educational, not psychotherapy. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency or clinical services. You may still practice gentle yoga and open-eye awareness as a complement to professional care, not as a replacement.
Class names, prices, and package descriptions on the Site are invitations to request a path, not instant contracts of carriage. When you choose “Buy Now” or complete checkout, you send a request. A representative will contact you by email to confirm schedule, delivery method (live online, replay, or mentoring appointment), and payment instructions if you proceed. Until that confirmation, no class seat is reserved and no fee is collected through the Site.
Once you and we confirm a package in writing:
We may refuse or end a teaching relationship if a student is abusive to teachers or other participants, repeatedly ignores safety cues, or uses the space to sell unrelated products. In that case we will refund unused, unconfirmed sessions where it is fair to do so.
The shop cart exists only in your browser. Adding an item does not reserve stock. Checkout asks for your name, email, and optional notes, then shows the message: your order processed, one of our representative will contact you. That message means we have received a request on your device and you should expect an email conversation about availability, shipping or pickup options, and payment. It does not mean goods have shipped or that a card was charged.
Product photographs and descriptions aim to be honest. Colors vary with screens. Natural materials such as cork, wood, and linen have grain and tone differences. Essential oils and incense are for aromatic and ritual use as described; they are not medicines. Keep them away from children, pets, and open flames. Never ingest shop items unless a product is explicitly a food, which our current catalog is not.
If an item cannot be supplied, we will say so and will not pressure a substitute. If you requested a class package together with goods, we may split the conversation so each part is clear.
Because the Site does not take payment, “refund” applies only after a confirmed, paid arrangement made off-site by the method we describe in email.
We will not ignore a genuine problem. Write to us promptly. Yoga is a practice of honesty; so is how we handle mistakes.
The Subscribe page collects a name, email, interest, and consent. The Unsubscribe page lets you leave the letter. Both forms are validated in the browser. Transactional messages about a class or shop request you initiated are not the same as the letter; we may still write about an open request after you unsubscribe from news. We do not buy lists or send unrelated advertising.
The Divine Life Solutions name, lotus-and-figure logo, site design, class sequences as taught, journal essays, photographs we provide, and audio or video we send you are protected by copyright and trademark principles. You may practice the sequences in your own body and share what you learned in your own words. You may not copy our pages, scrape our content, resell our replays, or present our branding as your school.
You grant us a limited license to read comments and reviews you submit on forms, and to quote brief, attributed testimonials if you give separate permission. You will not submit unlawful, hateful, or infringing content.
You agree not to misuse the Site: no attempts to disrupt it, no automated harvesting of emails, no impersonation of teachers, and no posting of medical claims we did not make. Search, cart, and forms are provided for human visitors. We may block traffic that threatens the Site’s stability.
Footer social icons lead to networks we do not control. Fonts and icon libraries may be loaded from third-party providers so the Site can render. Those providers have their own terms. We are not responsible for their content or outages. Map-style images on the Contact page are decorative landscapes, not a claim that we occupy a particular building.
The Site is provided as-is. We work to keep information accurate, but class times, prices, and stock can change. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the Site, from practicing yoga, or from delay in email replies. Our total liability for a confirmed purchase will not exceed the amount you actually paid for that purchase. Some places do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the minimum the law requires.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or for harm that the law says cannot be excluded.
You agree to indemnify Divine Life Solutions and its teachers against claims arising from your misuse of the Site, your sharing of class recordings, your practice in disregard of safety guidance, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent a claim is caused by our willful misconduct.
How we handle names, emails, and messages is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of your agreement with us. Please read it. Forms on this Site are client-side demonstrations of validation; treat any production deployment as needing a secure delivery method for the messages you send.
We are not responsible for interruption caused by storms, illness of a teacher, platform outages, or other events beyond reasonable control. We will reschedule or offer an equivalent when we can. If a part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a clause once is not a waiver forever.
Questions about these Terms, class agreements, or shop requests should be sent to hello@divinelifesolutions.com. Please include your name, the page or package concerned, and a clear question. We answer as practitioners: plainly, and without legal theater. These Terms are written in accessible language so students can understand the relationship they are entering — a yoga school that also sells tools and writes letters, not a clinic, not a temple you must join, and not a marketplace that silently charges a card in the browser.
Thank you for practicing with integrity. May your study of yoga be a life solution that you carry gently, and may these Terms protect both your autonomy and our ability to keep teaching.
